Indie games, although they cannot show off such visual setting and possibilities as AAA titles, often surprise us. It would seem that the game created by one or more people has no chance to reach a wider audience – nothing more wrong! Even if you are not familiar with niche productions, you certainly remember Undertale – one of the typical “Indies”, which was a great commercial success. What premieres await us in the coming months? Below is a list of the most interesting premieres of the indie sector.
Nolla Games follows the punch. After the well-received Baba Is You puzzle, the creators are preparing a pixel adventure in the world of magic. On the official production website, we can read that each pixel is separately simulated, which positively affects the fluidity and innovation of the game. Thanks to this, the player has to be able to interfere more in the game world by creating his own spells and has a much greater influence on his appearance than ever before. We don’t know much about the plot yet, but from the trailer we can deduce that we have a mission in the basement, and the main character will be the title Noita (which in Finnish means witch).

The Last Campfire (PC)
Lovers of rich storyline and beautiful graphics can’t miss the new Hello Games work. In this game we will have to control the actions of a small man who has separated from his family and has to travel alone through a dark land filled with strange creatures. The main character wants to find his way home and the sense of his journey. In order to do so, he will have to face various puzzles. The fairytale graphics are pleasing to the eye, and although the creators remain mysterious, many people have added The Last Campfire to their wish lists on steam. The premiere is scheduled for the end of 2019. The system requirements are not yet known.
Maid of Sker (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
The last of the games announced for the end of this year is Maid of Sker from Wales Interative. The fans of first person survival horror movies will surely like it. The player must take on the role of Thomas Evans, who must fight for the life of his beloved. The action of the game takes place in 1898 and is strongly connected with the Sker estate. The fact that it is a real place, and what’s more, it’s considered the most haunted place in the UK, adds to the extra flavor. The game delights with its graphic design and unusual atmosphere.
